When you create an account, claim a profile, or submit a listing, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email, location, and professional credentials. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the Platform running reliably.

We use your information to operate your profile and listings, connect you with other users via the contact channels you choose to display (phone, WhatsApp, email), verify statutory registration where applicable, and improve the Platform.

3. What we share

Contact details you mark public on a listing (phone, WhatsApp, email) are visible to any visitor, by design: that visibility is the point of the directory. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention & your rights

You may request correction or deletion of your profile data at any time by contacting info@mjengonetworks.co.ke. Unclaimed listings sourced from public registers are removed on request from the named professional.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (such as your last-viewed directory filters). We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; this will sign you out and reset any saved filters, but will not affect your account data.
