Level 2
Contact Verified
Contact details, profile strength and Feed participation establish a reachable active presence.
- Required email and phone verification
- At least 60% complete
- At least 1 Feed post
- Good standing
Level 3
Peer Endorsed
An earned reputation level based on valid verified-entity endorsements and work evidence.
- At least 75% complete
- 3 valid endorsements
- 2 portfolio/work entries
- At least 14 days old
Level 4
Proven Professional
A stronger platform record built through sustained work, reviews and recent activity.
- At least 90% complete
- 8 valid endorsements
- 5 portfolio/work entries
- 2 qualifying reviews
- At least 1 month old and recently active
Level 5
Trusted Expert
The highest platform-earned level. No manual professional vetting or approval is required.
- At least 95% complete
- 15 valid endorsements
- 10 portfolio/work entries
- 5 reviews averaging at least 4.5/5
- At least 2 months old and recently active
- Active Blue or Gold verification
Verification Plans
A checkmark means the selected paid verification subscription is active according to the platform’s criteria. It does not independently certify professional competence, workmanship, licensing, qualifications, suitability, or portfolio claims.

KES 100/ year
Active checkmark status. Separate from Trust Level.
Gold Profile
KES 500/ year
Active checkmark status. Separate from Trust Level.
Blue Page
KES 500/ year
Active checkmark status. Separate from Trust Level.
Gold Page
KES 2,000/ year
Active checkmark status. Separate from Trust Level.
Level 5 requires an active Blue or Gold checkmark as one eligibility requirement, but neither plan grants Level 5 by itself.
