By accessing or using Mjengo Networks (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

Mjengo Networks is a discovery and networking directory for Kenya's construction sector, connecting fundis, contractors, consultants, realtors and suppliers with people who need their services. See our Platform Disclaimer for the full scope of what the Platform does and does not do.

Some profiles are seeded from public professional registers and are unclaimed until the named individual or business verifies ownership. Claimed profiles are the sole responsibility of the professional maintaining them; Mjengo Networks does not vet the accuracy of self-declared rates, availability, or portfolio content beyond the verification checks stated on each profile.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including scraping listings at scale, submitting false material prices or reviews, impersonating another professional or business, or using contact details obtained here for unsolicited bulk messaging.

Material prices, job postings and event listings submitted by the community are reviewed before publication where indicated, but Mjengo Networks does not guarantee their accuracy. Always confirm current pricing directly with a supplier before ordering.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
